Orders generally will be shipped within 3-5 business days of placement. We ship Monday through Friday with a daily cutoff at 4pm, EST.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love what you purchase from The Bridal Bundle. However we understand that sometimes the grass looks greener on the other side of the fence. We will gladly accept returns or exchanges of unworn, unwashed, unaltered items with original tags still on within 30 days of when you receive your items.

Our bathroom bundles come packaged in shrink wrap. Due to the contents inside the bundle we will only accept returns if the package is unopened and untouched. The package will need to be sent back to us in the same condition it was delivered in. 

All custom orders, sale items and special orders are final and are not available for return or exchange unless there is a defect.

Payments will be refunded once the item has been received. Please note that the original shipping is non-refundable. Allow for 10-12 business days for us to receive and process your return or exchange.

The Bridal Bundle reserves the right to refuse a refund or exchange if merchandise is not received in its original condition or outside of the 30 day return period.
